Inspired by the true discovery story
of the Nag Hammadi Library
(or "Gnostic Gospels")

Logline
A hotshot historian accused of fraud and the resourceful daughter of an antiquities dealer race against outlaws, religious authorities and government agencies to track down ancient texts that could reveal the secret to mind control.
About
The true story of the 1945 discovery of the Nag Hammadi Library (later called “The Gnostic Gospels”) is full of symbolism and irony.
Murderous clansmen, one-eyed bandits, shrewd antiquities dealers from all over the world, multiple religious factions, learned historians, and even famed psychoanalyst Dr. Carl Jung, were all intricately involved in the recovery of these ancient texts, which inspired “The Da Vinci Code,” “The Matrix,” and “Stigmata.”
This fictional adventure interweaves real-life events with the unfolding story of two American archetypes who each have secrets of their own which only come to light as they dig deeper into what they truly believe and uncover the meaning of “gnosis."
